"Room was clean, I booked this hotel so i could use the hot tub , but it was out of order durring my stay. "

"The staff did me a solid, I arrived tired from skiing 5 mountains on the Powder highway in 5 days and accidentally booked the wrong last night. They accommodated me. The hot tub was the best compared to the other 5 different towns hotels I had stayed in. Bed mattress so comfortable - I asked where I could buy one on my return to the lower mainland."

"Ground floor. I am disabled and so easy to get to the beach. 100 yards or so. Beautiful paved walkway along the beach. So peaceful. Everything clean."

"The rooms were very clean, and fresh, both in looks and scent. The staff were FABULOUS, and the hot tub was awesome! We loved the option to pre check in, which also gave us options to purchase an early check in (1pm) , or super early check in (11am) as well as late check out! We went for an event, and thankfully the event centre was basically right across the street- completely eliminating the need for us to find transportation! We loved this hotel, and will probably stay here everytime we are in Penticton! "
