"para empezar cuando llegue el jaccuzi estaba sucio, me percaté que hacía falta la hamaca llame 2 veces para la hamaca y nunca la trajeron, el jacuzzi nunca prendió, terminé regresando a casa porque fue desagradable todo ."

El personal me parece que muchos eran nuevos aún así la mayoría muy amables excepto una recepcionista y uno de los chicos que le llevé una situación y sus respuestas fueron algo groseros. Los cuartos cuentan con cafetera pero ya no te dejan café porque según la nueva administración no lo permite además las alfombras necesitan mantenimiento ya que hay un fuerte olor a humedad. "Place met description of post. Location was great relative to amenities nearby. Dining area only sat 4 (there were 5 of us), there wasn’t enough spoons (seemed odd) and beds in second room were a bit uncomfortable. Our overall stay was great and would recommend to anyone who is just looking for a place to sleep. Communication with host was excellent!"

"The staff was absolutely outstanding, friendly and so helpful. The hotel was extremely clean, stylish and the location honestly was prime, couldn’t be better. You’re close to everything in Viejo San Juan, walking distance to so many great bars, clubs and restaurants. Also a short uber distance to other neighborhoods and only 20min from the airport. "Very warm and welcoming staff-allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in. Room was clean and bright-lovely view of the street through huge windows. Hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not interrupt services. Thoughtful room amenities-coffee machine is perfect. Location is great-walkable to all parts of Old San Juan and located amongst shops and restaurants. Will stay again!"
