"I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna."

"Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park."

"Absolutely worst experience ever! Checked in at 6:30 pm after 7 hour drive and was told there is a “page long” waiting list to get a room! Then was able to check in at 8 pm!! Next morning tried to go to lobby and couldn’t get an elevator!!! Had to go back to room And ask for late check out. Now have been waiting for the $50 valet for 30 min to get my car. I will never stay her again!"
