"We chose this hotel for the location. It is definitely in the middle of everything in shinjuku. We chose to book thru expedia for safety of mind in case we needed to cancel. The lobby is on the 8th floor, so there will always be 2 elevators to enter or exit. The elevators for the rest of the hotel are split and you don't really have to wait long. Check in, check out, instructions and help to find a company to fix my glasses, laundry - all were dealt with very professionally and friendly. the room was pretty spacious, separate toilet room, show room and the sink is outside. We faced the Tokyu Kabukicho tower, and the quad below, where events were held often and we could hear some of it, and they quieted down by 10pm. There is a starbucks in that tower. The screen on that building also shuts off by 10. Within the hotel tower there are many shows, including a very nice sushi joint. It is extremely walkable to shinjuku station and lots of other parts of town. The 7-11 is accessible from within the "

"Hotel staff were very respectful and efficient in their jobs. The room was well organized and cleaned very well. The hotel was well prepared to deal with hundreds of visitors, especially large tour groups. They seemed to have more than a sufficient number of staff to cater to the needs of all. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. English language speaking staff were very proficient."
