"We chose this hotel in Gainesville as a stopping point with our grandchildren, ages 7 and 11. The draw was the outdoor pool and the included breakfast. The pool was freezing and not very appealing. There were ants all over the ground that bit my grandson and we had to flee. The pool area was dirty . The rooms were not very clean and there was a hole in the wall that they tried to cover with a piece of plaster but it fell off. We tried to use the pullout couch and there were no sheets or blankets in the room. Very overpriced for the experience. On the plus side breakfast was good. Lots of choices. The front desk staff was very nice."

"ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. Run down to say the absolute least, there has been ZERO cares given on this property and the owners should be absolutely ashamed for even charging the 70 bucks a night. My nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes, and it was dirty! There was dry poop in the toilet bowl, there was hairballs in the tub drain, the tub itself was just dirty, walking the hall back to my car the smell of marijuana was strong. My husband walked back to the front and spoke to the receptionist and thankfully we got our money back, because there was NO WAY IN HELL we were going to stay there. Also, the photos they have listed are not accurate and the pool looked greenish. Just overall so disappointed."

"The rooms were run down with holes in the walls. The shower had cracks all in the walls. The doors were stripped with holes. Absolution not worth what they charge. No breakfast and coffee bar was minimal. Would never recommend!"

"The place was a total disaster - the cleanliness was horrible and the staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. Trash was everywhere, and it felt like no one had done a deep clean in weeks. Bed was dirty, towels were brown, it looks like they use no detergent or bleach yo was the items. Very sad, no oversight. I have pictures and I will share if they let me, if not inbox me on Facebook Darnell Avent. I placed a towel in the shower cause it was dirty. I will never stay again, never, not a night in a motel. My children said it was dirty. I currently left with no refund and im staying at another Hotel in the same area."

"The room was dirty, unvacuumed; The shower was moldy. The sheets had black stains. My wife was worried we’d be murdered in our sleep. I give the hotel 5 chalk-outlined dead bodies. ☠️☠️☠️"

"Nice place. Terrible rowdy customers in adjoining room. Calls to front desk went to “automated assistant” and requesting front desk got me 5 rings and a hang up. Tried 4 times tried again 3 am after non ending party next door. This time was answered and the girl came to talk to rowdy ones. They quieted down, but 3 am and my attempt to sleep was useless."
