Cute bed and breakfast sort of setup. Walking distance to downtown or Depot Park. The property is a several rooms with a large courtyard and event space. Our room was clean and well stocked. Staff were polite and friendly. Parking was easy to find nearby at no charge. Check in and out was super easy. This would be a top choice for a stay whenever we return to Gainesville.

The room was in excellent condition. I was working in the area so I wanted something budget friendly and this place was just fine. The parking situation isn’t optimal. There’s very limited parking on the property so you can easily end up having to park across the street in the lot or on the street.

Stayed in the Treehouse Suite, had everything we needed for our trip. Communication from when we first booked, to when we got there, till check out was great. They made sure we had everything we needed. Great hosts. I definitely would stay again and will recommend to anyone. You guys did great.

I love the fact that the place was homey and 420 friendly, I love the setting and location of the hotel however, the house was not the cleanliness as I kept finding hair everywhere, there was roaches in the place, and the bed was so uncomfortable that it felt like a motel. Overall, we would've love and appreciate the possibility of coming back if those circumstances change.

Our stay was pleasantly surprising! Quaint and cozy and the staff was so accommodating! This whole area has precious little apartments and they are beautifully outfitted. I can't say enough good about this place and its precious staff.

The property was very unique, cozy and inviting. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They made extra accommodations for our needs and did not charge for any extras. I would highly recommend.

The property was presented as a cottage or small house, they have shipping containers converted into tiny houses, my wife is handicapped could not climb up the ladder to get in the bed had to sleep on the sofa, way overpriced should be $40 to $50 per night at most no ice machine on the complex, they had a band that played till midnight, just overall bad experience. The staff were very nice

The vintage room is awesome. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Some great necessities included are hair dryer, steamer, ironing board and iron, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. There is a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods and creamer. There is a water pitcher in the full size fridge and ice cube trays in the freezer. There's pots and pans for use on the stove, as well as utensils, plates, and silverware. The decor was really awesome! I especially loved the weathered finish on the cabinets. I love the esthetic of the property. There is a great outdoor area with a stage for events and music. There is some patio furniture near our rental also. The couple that manages the rentals were very kind and helpful. They have a variety of different room options, including the Florida room, the Buddha room, the green room, the animal house room, and the tree house suite. This place will definitely be on pur list when we come to visit.
