"Awesome staff and experience"

"Unfortunately I hate to write this review as I really wanted to like this place our room was very dirty!! Dusty tables and pictures trash behind tables. Carpets weren’t clean or even vacuumed. No shampoo or conditioner in dispensers. The couch was broken as well as the table. There was left over food in the fridge. The air conditioner was dripping on the floor. Towels had bad odor and a few had mold. The room had a really yucky odor. The elevator sounded as if it was going to break while it was...

"Had to get a new deadbolt as other was falling off. Had to get garbage disposal fixed. Had to get bathroom squeaky door fixed. Beware: the studios are tiny. I’d suggest a suite."

"I didn’t appreciate the outrageous hold on fee $150.00. The room was clean but has a smell - old mold or something."

"The room was wonderfully appointed and extremely clean. The breakfast was filling and the hot tub was the star of our stay!"

"Unfortunately my stay was not peaceful due to unsupervised teenagers running rampant until 1 am. Security was called 3 times by 3 different guests and finally the adults with the group showed up. I had to threaten the kids and their chaperones that I would call the police if they didn’t get them under control. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered to comp my room or reduce the rate but they did not. The hotel should consider placing the teen groups on the first and second floor away...

"We had a wonderful time. The room were very clean the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.They make sure that you were comfortable . I asked for extra bed it was there in a timely manner,I asked for a huge favor to use the dining room tables to have lunch with friends it was granted The breakfast was delicious. Parking was available and safe.we could have not been more happier staying at the comfort suite I would recommend it to anyone 100%...

"Room clean, however lenen looked and smelled 'unfresh'. Night staff was very nice. Morning staff refused to help me double check t h e charges on my stay. Placed 2 bfastast orders. One to go. I got both orders on a Styrofoam box. No attempts to correct the orders. Frustrated, I asked for utensils...." sorry , we only have 1 set of utensils "!!!!!!!"

"The staff was super friendly! The room was very clean and spacious. The sinks and shower had good water pressure! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They had a huge breakfast selection. Though my son wasn’t a fan of the sausage. I feel like there were enough other choice that anyone could find something that works for them. For those who like that kind of thing, they had beer on tap. Not sure what kind because that’s not my thing, but I know it’s a selling point for others. Would...

"I had a problem with noise and Reginald quickly got it resolved allowing me to get some much needed rest and relaxation. Reginald is a great example of the best thing about staying at a Marriott... it's people are wonderful."
