"There were four parties waiting to check in and only one clerk at the desk, it seemed like he did not know how to proceed thru the process he was very slow. First we were told that the pool was closed no explanation was given. We checked in went into the rooms look .. Room #1 had black mold on the bathroom walls. The shower curtain had tears in it.The refrigerator was packed with dirty ice..looks like the has not been cleaned for many days Room #2 had towels with dark stains and they were smelly. Room 3 had dirt and stains on the floor We could not stay one more minute in that place. May I also point out that black mold is deadly . We went to the front desk and explained why we cannot stay in a place as unkept as this. The clerk apologized lightly and offered a refund. We we appalled at this experience it was a very busy week for the area most hotels were booked we found a hotel with price at 3 times of what we anticipated to pay. It was a horrible experience."
