"To start with, no check in information was sent to me before I arrived. When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text. I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in. Once in the property, things didn't really improve. "We stayed two nights at the three swans, The room was lovely and clean, we had a meal on the first evening food and service was good. It is a little noisy outside when trying to get to sleep but was expected as in a busy high street and above a pub. Would go back and stay again"

"The staff including Mia on the front desk, Millie on the bar and serving staff in the restaurant were all very helpful. Suggest more help in the bar at busy times as it sometimes takes a long time to get drinks. Special mention to Sarah, Events Manager and the chefs in the kitchen, the special meal for 20 was excellent. Our special occasion anniversary weekend was a great success. Thanks everyone."

Room very comfortable and well appointed and whole building well adapted from original row of 19th century houses. Good onsite parking too. Looking forward to next stay."
