"LAAC was hands down the best place we stayed while on our trip and it was all down to the amazing staff. Every single member of the team we encountered was so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help us and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were also amazing and the use of the basketball court, swimming pool and spa were a huge highlight for us. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to LA. "

"Loved this hotel! Beautiful building. Cool decor design. Great staff. Loved my breakfast and cocktail (not at same time). Only comment would be - entrance could have so much more potential. There is a cool gold carved door chained closed sadly on what would bring you into the beautiful grand dining room and possibly a path to check in desk. Instead, entrance around the corner thru regular glass doors and then you weave thru a glass hall which is kinda cool but not same feel as the rest of the...

"Staff was nice! Maintenance and housekeeping was amazing! We were disappointed with the roof top bar because it was closed Thursday night and Friday there was an event so we didn’t experience it! Other than that it was amazing! There is a bar on the first floor so we were able to have a drink and relax! "

"We have added on an upgrade to the lounge access and I think it is pretty worth of the money. Room are beautiful and have beautiful views on the 62 floor. Free breakfast has limited choices but food quality is overall good. "
