"Ordered room service at a late time of the night. Whilst I don’t expect gourmet at 1am it is reasonable to have something edible. £35 for 2 dry panini rolls isn’t really good enough and this could be improved. Also no spa - which should make the 5 star experience better."

"I stayed in a smaller room. This is my 2nd visit. My only complaint is the pillows they are awful. Everything else is good. Staff super helpful, great easy parking. Nice touches like the fridge and coffee machine downstairs."

There was no shower enclosure or demarkation (even a sill or ledge on the floor to keep the water somewhat contained would have been helpful). "I definitely wouldn’t say this a 4* hotel. Cons: I stayed one night and it was quite uncomfortable, there was no a/c and during the heatwave made it worse A fan was in the room but it was just blowing hot air around the room. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel parking it’s quite expensive, and there’s a cheaper parking lot about 3 mins walk away which is what I decided to use instead. Room had No fridge.
