"The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful.
I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked.
After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room.
The property itself is great, the parking is non existent."

"The apt was very nice n layout was good. Location was excellent. Parking was convenient.
The negatives were..the heating n air con unit was located in the living with no vents in the bedroom. Meaning one has to sleep with the door opened? Even then, it was not effective.
One front desk staff was curt.. not rude but no warmth. "

"Had to ask for the room to be cleaned/serviced during the stay. Nowhere to take the rubbish, and dispose of it.
No storage in the room for clothing for an extended stay. No place to store suitcase in the bedrooms to elevate from the floor (no rack to sit case on)"
