"Very basic room. No coffee pot, small, no electronic plug ins. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Towels average at best. The room was clean and the price was good. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked below average."

"Well, the elevator broke down twice during out stay. Paint job was sloppy. Walls were scuffed and dirty. We were on the second floor and the smell of pool chemicals in the hallway was almost unbreathable. A dirty rag was let in the sink. The trash can was left in the middle on the entry way. No body wash in the bathroom. Toilet was so low it was a struggle to use. Ice machine was broken. The breakfast was offered a very short window. They seemed to be understaff. I would never stay...

"I was very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We made use if both the pool and the hot tub during our stay and enjoyed both very much. The hand rail to the hot tub was a little loose and needs to be tightened, but the pool area was clean, well stocked and well kept. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Items on the hot menu varied by day and all were delicious! The best I have had anywhere! The breakfast room was clean and inviting....

"I booked this property thru Expedia-DO NOT DO THIS!!! I got to the property and did not have a room which I had already paid for in advance!!! To change the reservation I was charged a LARGE fee and Expedia had false advertising free change/cancellation! They do allow the change but claim TRU charges a fee of so basically my 2 night stay changed to 1 night for same price as 2 nights! It was a legit nightmare. Then I get there and they don't have me down for a room and are sold out. So I...

"Wow! Everything was clean (even the staircases), friendly staff, great atmosphere, good breakfast, excellent dog walk area, and a great surrounding area. We will definitely stay here again when in town."

The carpet was coming up. Our room smelled like it was previously smoked in and not cleaned right. The AC and heat vent smelled very weird and gross when turned on. Staff was very nice and attentive. "The staff were all so friendly! The breakfast was a decent variety and fresh. Everything was super clean and a super nice convenient location for visting Holland. The property is showing its age and needs some TLC, but everything was clean and for the price you can't go wrong. I would stay here again for sure! "
