Most staff were helpful, one took a personal call while two of us waited at the desk for assistance. More hot breakfast items would have been nice. Our room was comfortable and we rested well.

A great stay!

Don't be put off by the neighborhood and roads. The hotel is great. An off-the-beaten -path place. Great service arranging an extra night for us. Great bed. Clean room. It was just right for our base while exploring the Muskegon area.

Was there for a festival. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Older but very clean, private, quiet property. Beautiful stream in the back and the grounds are well kept and well lighted. Would totally book here again.

Not in a good area,there’s a store next to hotel and the people that were around didn’t seem to be good people(I’m thinking a lot of drugs in the area. But the hotel is safe we had no issues. The stay was quiet! Beds were ok(personal preference of to hard) and was clean! The breakfast was good, hands down the best biscuits I’ve ever had. Nice and fluffy.
