Excellent service, the staff are great. The drinks were always great. Our room was very clean and spotless everyday. Only complaint is the breakfast could have a bit more variety and longer waits for dinner occasionally. We would definitely come back

I want to mention special kudos to Mario manager on duty most of the time when I needed to certain things as I travel quite a bit, he came through every time and can't thank him enough for the personalized service, but I will say the rest of the staff was great to me as well all in all the very Surprisingly great experience

The staff were amazing! Their English was limited, but they were willing and were so pleasant. A shout out to Caesar at the Steak house, and Rachel the host. Ernesto at the breakfast poolside buffet, and Mario who made the omelets! loved the 3 pools, and beach seating with palapas. My favourite beach server was Aldahar who kept the mango margaritas coming! The food was ok, I tried all the restaurants and the Italian was my favourite, Brenda kept everything moving quickly.

Our shower flooded our toilet area a bit, the bathroom is quite open near the bedroom so can be uncomfortable at times, and our AC wasn’t the best till the last two nights. However, the jacuzzi on the balcony was lovely and was a great touch!

We enjoyed the room and the great view of the ocean. Food was mediocre at best, always over cooked, bland and always cold. Building needs updating and elevator often didn’t work. The New Years Eve firework show and entertainment was top notch! We haven’t experienced anything like it. Staff all worked very hard, friendly and wonderful. The ocean water was warm and couldn’t ask for anything more in January!

The resort itself is fabulous not to mention the friendly and very helpful staff they were just amazing. I’ve been to Mexico a lot of times and l would always book an all inclusive package because of what the resorts have to offer. With my past experiences unfortunately Fiesta Americana have disappointed me tremendously particularly what the buffet restaurant have to offer. The food may be tasty and all that although the selections are very limited h @

I loved how quiet the resort was. It being 2/3 private residence adds to the appeal for me- less people in restaurants and overall in general at the resort. Loved how there was no loud music blaring. Pool staff was wonderful. Sandra the manager was great- we had an issue with our room our last day and she found a solution to make up for the mix up. Resort is older- could use better mattresses because wow does my back hurt after a week. The buffet was one of the worst I’ve had at a resort in Mexico but nonetheless, I’m looking forward to see what new management does with the place and I will be back.

The pools were great, the pool waiters service was excellent. The restaurant service was not so great. We were a group of ten and when we would go for dinner, half of us would receive our dinner and the other half would be waiting until almost the first half. We’re finished their dinner. It was a good experience overall.Food quality was ok but could be a lot better. For example, coffee was very bad .
