"The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained, with an excellent level of cleanliness throughout. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very nice and had everything we needed, and everything was in very good condition and worked perfectly, with a fantastic view out over the Grand Canal. Bed was comfortable, the pillows were a little too soft for my personal preference, but only because I like a slightly firmer feel to them."

The hotel is close to the airport via bus and also a bus ride away from Venice, so it was very convenient. Helpful staff and also had a laundry on site which was convenient since I had a lot of laundry that needed to be done, and was reasonable priced to use.
