The food and views at Sottovento are amazing!). The morning of our departure he served a hearty continental breakfast and directed us to a local hike. "Everything here was perfect. The room was very nice and modern, the staff was extremely sweet and helpful. Matteo and Ingrid were who we saw the most and they went above and beyond what we could ever expect. The complimentary breakfast every day was very, very good. It’s only a few minutes walk to the train which is a 5 minute train ride to Varenna. It was our favorite spot of the 5 places we stayed in Italy."
