"First of all we were told to arrive at Hotel Flora by Paulo to check in and then be transported to the room. No one at Hotel knew of Paulo and told us we couldn’t park there. I called Paulo and got a guy named Danielle. He came to Hotel Flora in a golf cart to get us and our luggage. I followed him in our rental car to free parking because I asked for it and he did help me park the car. "The hotel is in a great location with everything in walking distance. The late check in was easy with our instructions posted on the door and a phone number to call first. We used WhatsApp. The room was clean and the size of a small apartment. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking garage was a three minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again."

"This was a cute little room that opened right onto the street. It was extremely clean and comfortable, but be warned: the bedroom is up a flight of stairs that seems to be common in Italy, but is certainly not up to code in the United States.
