Quiet, comfortable room, good value for money.

Comfortable, large-sized accommodation, a bit far from the sights. The bathroom needs renovation. Selective garbage management is not reported on hotels.com.

The outside was not aesthetically pleasing and neither was the stairway, however the room itself was nice, well equipped and the blackout blinds were great. We did not use the stove because we did not want to stock up on things like oil and salt when only staying a couple of nights. There is no reception desk but we were able to resolve check-in issues via WhatsApp. A few mosquitos invaded - probably because we opened the windows - so bring mosquito repellent. I assume this is a general issue in Sicily or the med as we also got bitten at restaurants at night. Overall we were happy with our stay here.

Luxury Apartment - Kitchen needs upgrading

The property could do with an upgrade on the kitchen section - only a two section hotplate, basic kettle and general kitchen implements; no oven - all a bit surprising really for a 'Luxury Apartment'. Bathroom, Lounge and Bedroom were fine and more luxurious. Excelent location for a short walk to attractions and excellent aircon which was a must.

Ci tornerei di sicuro!

Come già detto in altre recensioni, il monolocale è situato in un palazzina datata, ma l'alloggio è nuovissimo, con tutto ben funzionante: wifi, acqua calda, TV, riscaldamento, elettrodomestici etc.. Caffè, zucchero, acqua e ottimi biscotti di benvenuto all'arrivo. E' al quarto piano, ma con ascensore, che ha sempre funzionato durante il mio soggiorno di 5 giorni. Fuori dalla zona ZTL e con parecchio parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Alla peggio si può lasciare nel piazzale antistante la stazione dei treni, che dista non oltre 100 m. Ciononostante, non si è disturbati dal treno ed essendo al quarto piano nemmeno da altri rumori. Se dovessi tornare a Siracusa, andrei diretta su questo alloggio!

Zucchero non guasta bevanda

Bella struttura, trovata pulita Si perdono pero in un bicchiere d'acqua...la carta igienica! Un rotolo a metà e uno intero che non sono bastati, e poi degli attacca panni in bagno per i teli, ce ne stavamo due piccolissimi per gli asciugamani 2 piccolissimi per i teli da bidet (uno si è scollato dal muro) e nessuno per i teli grandi da doccia

Nel complesso tutto molto bene. Purtroppo mi è stata negata la possibilità di riavere indietro un oggetto dimenticato in camera al check out, sicuramente avrebbero potuto fare di più con un'ora di preavviso data per recuperarlo, ma mi è stato detto "non c'è nessuno fino alle 15" come se mandare qualcuno con una macchina o scooter fosse stato impossibile, neanche fossimo a Londra.

Appartamento ben ristrutturato, ma al quarto piano di un palazzo fatiscente e con ascensore rotto, in quanto sembra non a norma e non in grado di sopportare i carichi dei bagagli che abbiamo dovuto portare a mano dal piano terra al quarto piano. In più lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi. Posizione discreta rispetto a Ortigia.
