"The room was well-designed, efficient use of space with all amenities. I especially liked the fact that everything could be controlled with the Ipad. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shops at Newbury street and with the T right next door. The lobby was well designed with ample areas for lounging, dining or just spending time with other guests. I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Boston."

The room number looked glued together by an excessive amount of crazy glue.The wallpaper was peeling in a few places with some brown residue showing underneath. The pillows weren't so fluffy. "Copley House is beautifully located a few steps away from prudential. Walkable to most downtown areas within 30 minutes. The buildings are well maintained and the rooms are super clean. Staff is extremely helpful polite and responsive. The cleaning lady was delightful and did her job really well. Kitchen is well equipped with a burner, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a refrigerator. Adequate supplies to brew several cups of tea/ coffee are provided.
