"Disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received during my recent stay at Thanda Manzi. Despite my expectations of a comfortable and welcoming experience, I was subjected to unacceptable behavior from the hotel staff at night yesterday at 21h40 when I was sleeping. "The room shown on the app isn’t what we get, literally a downgrade. The noise was unbearable slept at 2pm because guests had a party (more than 10pm), reception refused to deal with it. The staff train in the gym area while guest use the pool or have to go change for the spa. Those guys would stop and stare . Never going back to that place. "
