Despite my expectations of a comfortable and welcoming experience, I was subjected to unacceptable behavior from the hotel staff at night yesterday at 21h40 when I was sleeping. "The staff was great, the safari, especially being able to touch the animals, the room was excellent and I enjoyed the Wild at Heart buildings. The only bad thing was the lack of electricity. We are spoiled with that."
