"We were met on arrival by host Pascal who was very charming, engaging and made us so welcome straight away. We were treated to fizz and freshly made canapés in our room which was warm, comfortable & very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Quality of products outstanding , especially the homemade sourdough bread. We met other lovely guest's who were there for a sourdough making course which Pascal offers too. A joy to spend time in lovely North Yorkshire… Everywhere we went everyone was so friendly. We were there to visit Mathewsons Car Auctions in Pickering and Thornton le Dale as well as visiting Whitby. We were ideally placed to visit all of the above and many other villages. Recommend Crawford House 100%."

"Parking directly outside, shops 5 min walk away. A minor property fault was fixed straight away by owner. Very nice bedroom which had a lot of light leakage but was much quieter than reviews led me to expect. A cosy cottage which had all we needed for our 2 night stay."
