Hotel di North Side

"Great location and good views from the room"

"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."

"Great location! Nice having breaking"

"Compact but well organized room"

"Près de tout bien situé Lieu sécuritaire Très proche et accueillant"

"N/A"

"Staff was fantastic very impressed and professional, the location was amazing and easy to navigate around the city, the room was not what I expected but not a major flaw either"

"Great location near subway"

"The hotel maybe what you can expect in this part of NYC. The air conditioning noise was difficult to sleep with, the queue's to use the lift were often long at peak times. It would seem that there was a need to have express elevators dedicated to the upper floors . The breakfast room was a zoo but I don't see how that could be improved with the number of people staying at the hotel."

"Tv did not work"

"The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are very small (it is NYC after all) and certainly could have used a small fridge and a coffee maker. These are bare bones. The hotel grew on me during my stay. It was nice having an excellent barista in the lobby."
