"Great property within walking distance of many attractions, shopping and dining options. Most bus tours which originate from Sky City is directly across the street from the hotel, as is the Sky Tower, casino, the Civic Theatre, et al. The property is high end and the staff is kind, well trained, and very accommodating. The hotel's restaurant is very good. We had breakfast and dinnwr there. The city's Viaduct Harbor with all of its dining and shopping options are also in walking...

"Lovely clean hotel. Had a great view from our room of the harbour and sky tower. Nice and quiet and comfy bed. Check in process was easy and staff were lovely. "

"Pleasant stay at the hotel. Very clean & comfortable room. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. It’s our first time to NZ, & glad chose this hotel. Convenient location, free parking daily, bed was comfortable, they provided complimentary tea/coffee/chocolate packets, & best part was the they cleaned the room well everyday. Will definitely visit the hotel again. "
