"we were in and out for the ed sherin concert. didnt get to use the facilities as had to head home for 9am start at work. The hall way made us feel dirty but it was really just that it needed a paint and refresh. The room itself was fine and no frills but perfect for what we needed. "

We also noticed that the sofa was not very clean, and the white towels appeared discoloured. That said, it’s still a good budget option overall, and the location is very convenient."

"The nicest Novotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Nicely manicured outdoor courtyard with seating and tables. Parking can be a bit tight when the hotel is busy. As the hotel is not newly built some amenities like USB charging ports or a smart TV are missing. Sth Metro station right next to hotel makes travelling to downtown fast and convenient. Į"
