"This is a lovely hotel with great accommodation and facilities. I had booked a deluxe room and from the Expedia room information this room had AC. Unfortunately, when we got to our room it was very hot ( 31 degrees outside) and it didn't have AC. I went down to the reception desk with my proof of AC showing on that website. "Lovely few days on the North East coast. Breakfast was just what you need with both cooked options and fruit/pastry. The staff were lovely in all areas of the hotel including the gym&pool. You can't go far wrong. Our room was comfy, clean and perfect for a short stay. "
