"Ice Machine broken. Jacuzzi broken for months not reported until confirmation. Mattress need replacement. Fire alarm went off at 11pm and 6am. On 4th floor walking downstairs. Front desk stated Guest pulled alarm. Not able to rest properly. Area surrounded by displace people. This experience was utterly awful! Didn't live up to Hilton Brand Standard's."
