"Very disappointing experience and poor service.
We arrived at 6 pm but had to wait two hours in the lobby because the room was incorrectly prepared. We had requested three single beds for a trip with my parents, but the room had a king-size bed instead. The manager said it would take 15 minutes to fix, but we waited for two hours.

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.
This keeps the feedback clear and constructive!
Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"The rooms are typical European smaller; but the worst part is the lighting in the rooms.
Hard to see. The way was remodeled is uncomfortable the room & the bathroom.
In the bathroom you hardly have a place to put your toiletries.
Not closet. Not enough hangers.
We aren’t coming back to that hotel."

Good sized rooms. Quiet. Rain shower. Comfy bed. Coffee/tea service in the room. They even have WASHCLOTHS!!! My room mini frig was warm ... but okay, no big deal. Will definitely stay again."
