"The stay was comfortable, but the room was only prepared for two guests even though our booking was for four. We had to ask for extra blankets, pillows, and toiletries, and there was no kitchen paper towel provided. The shower glass door was also loose and kept opening on its own. Aside from these minor issues, we had a cozy stay."

Was initially worried about a fully remote access property with no front desk but they had great communication and clear instructions for access and any amenities needed. While it wasn’t super close to the hospital it was a reasonable cost for two couples to stay in a 2 Bdr 2 Bath apartment. The staff was kind and accommodating. I would recommend this property for a two couples or a small group of friends going to NYC. We walked to dinner in Times Square and well as various trips to HSS to check on/visit my husband. "
