"This place was amazing! It was a style of Palm Springs. Parking on site, 2 min walk to the beach, coles across the road, with cafes, restaurants and walking tracks. The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. "Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Stayed in the deluxe king ocean and the view was incredible! The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the amenities were so well maintained.
Highly highly highly recommend if you are coming to the Gold Coast since it is right by the beach and walkable to a lot of places! Will come back for sure!"

"The Darling is a beautiful and luxurious hotel.
We had a wonderful experience here that began with the lovely lady at check in who was so nice, polite. friendly and extremely helpful.
We were celebrating my husband's 60th Birthday and had booked a beautiful Stellar Suite for 2 nights.
As we opened the door to our room, to our surprise, we realised that we had been upgraded to one of the amazing Penthouse suites!!
