"Great for the price."

"Lisa was very thorough and explained everything. She also suggested me the good restaurant and places to visit. Enjoyed my stay"

"Room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay again"

"There was holes in the floor, the corners were dusty, and not just oh they forgot to dust, this has been built up like they only bother to vacum the centre. The floorboards does creak, the doors are loud when trying to sleep."

"Beautiful old building with great views. Heck of a climb to the top floor where our rooms were. No lifts and no help with bags. The mattresses were horrible - on all 3 beds. Afraid to speak with manager who checked us in - not friendly at all. Barked at my daughter when she asked for WIFI password (which was not given to us on registration). "Good location. Great staff. Parking close by."

"Our stay at Windsor Townhouse was absolutely excellent. The accommodation was spotless, welcoming and comfortable, with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! Breakfast was delicious. It was also so thoughtful of them to look after our cases for us until it was time to leave, which made our departure so much easier. We...

"We had the best stay here for my birthday ! The room was beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding, a little further out than we normally stay but well worth the extra few minutes walk"

"nous recommandons cette adresse, très bon accueil, les conseils sont judicieux, un endroit très typique."

"Great base place to explore Bath, specially if you rented a car which you can park inside the hotel premises. Bedroom was spacious and well appointed. We had breakfast once and it was nice quality, but since they were closing felt rushed with no purpose. Based on room rates to charge for parking felt unnecessary and probably won't move the hotel top line needle. Would go back to it!"

"Clean room. Shops nearby in town."
