Yes lovely warm clean only had trouble finding key as there was 8different locks it was dark so had to open 3 before we found the right one . Lovely stay thanks

Didn’t meet any staff but they communicated well with information on late check in. Hotel is located in historic area. Did have to uber to and from the main shop and sightseeing locations since the hotel is up a steep hill. Only walkable from train station without luggage. Room was quaint but smelled bad despite being clean.

Short stay in Bath, perfect location

Perfect location and comfortable beds. A good sized room where the 4 of us did not feel cramped. A 2 minute walk to The Crescent and it's park and about the same for The Assembly Rooms. It's about 20 minutes walk to the Roman Baths and Pump Room. We were cramming Bath in 1 day, and this location was perfect for us.

Lovely guest house. Family room was right at the top of the house which was fine for us but would be a challenge for those who maybe less able. Perfect location. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of bedding, toiletries provided and ample tea/coffee/biscuits. The beds were the comfiest we’ve stayed in!

Brocks guest house was in a beautiful location in The Circus area, just a short walk from centre of Bath. We had easy check in instructions and extra bonus of recommendations of where to go for food when eating out. Room was clean and comfortable with well needed tea coffee making facilities with added extras such as biscuits and hot chocolate. Room was spotless with toiletries provided snd bed was one of the comfiest I ever slept in. Thank you for a wonderful stay😃👍

Very good stay - check in process needs reviewing

Stunning period property with great decor near the Royal Crescent. Affordable price. Not a typical guest house experience in that you do not meet the host. On arrival, we went to open the key lock box with our specific room number. We found the lock box already open with no key inside. Soon after, we rang the door bell and a guest of the property presented us with the keys, after accessing the lock box and taking the room keys into the property. Aside a very good stay.
