"In dem gebuchten Hotel war kein Zimmer verfügbar - uns wurde aber im Partnerhotel 500 m weiter ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir wurden in das andere Hotel (Solar Antigo de luxe) gefahren - ein sehr schönes Hotel - ansprechend ausgestattet. Es waren kostenlos Getränke im Zimmer. Der Transfer zum Flughafen war kostenlos. Das Frühstück war einfach - aber für eine Übernachtung vor dem Flug o.k. Das Personal war sehr freundlich - Preis - Leistung hat gepasst."

He went above and beyond and made sure everything went smooth. We had a problem with uber and he made sure we got picked up and even walked us with our luggage to the meeting point! Thanks May!
