"Staff very helpful and friendly. Room lovely, quiet. Breakfast very good. Didn't have any other meals but menu for dinner looked inviting and very reasonable. Very nice open plan lounge. Good location, close to beautiful Yorkshire Dales."

"Great swimming pool and jacuzzi. Hadn't realized it was next to clean air zone and so ended up with £60 fine for driving through. Check your route "

"Bathrooms have had money spent on them but the cleaning of the showers is not prolonging the look of them. Mattress was comfy but pillows too hard and some lumpy. Food was excellent and bar/restaurant service. Spa area - changing rooms need some TLC, jacuzzi wasn't very warm and chlorine smell was very overpowering. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Really good hotel, coffee in room good, staff were nice. Car park was difficult with a 5pm arrival as the gym is packed, breakfast was good, no safe in room not great for leaving laptop"

"What a lovely place, check in was nice & easy & the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly. We had a drink in the pub & all staff were super friendly, especially the lad who was also on check out this morning! We didn’t have breakfast as we went to my parents house nearby & my dad cooked for us 😊"
