"The hotel has a good bar and lounge area, is in a beautiful setting and itโs great to have free access to the very large. well equipped gym and swimming pool opposite. The room I had was spacious and comfortable with an ironing board provided. It would have been nice to have had a small fridge but otherwise it had great facilities. Thoroughly recommend this hotel."

"A very comfortable hotel just on the edge of the city a 15 minute stroll to the Forest football stadium and the Trent Bridge cricket ground.. Good size parking lot and easy to find on a main road. The room I had was spacious with a modern bathroom and walk in shower. The king size bed was firm enough and I had a good nights sleep. Breakfast buffet is good for assembling a good old fashioned English breakfast but didnโt have a lot of variety otherwise. Staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is well equipped and the swimming pool, although small is well maintained and clean. An excellent hotel for visiting the city and at a reasonable price."

"Though a rambling hotel covering many buildings and floors and it being in one of the heat waves so the rooms on the top floor were very hot, the stay was very good due to the friendly staff and excellent food on offer both for breakfast but particularly in the evening. This is my third stay at this hotel and is the go to one for me when working in Leicester. Cannot but highly recommend it for staying at."

"Really delighted with this place. Wasn't too sure on what to expect, but this place is lovely and the kids and adults all had a really great time. Breakfast was great, rooms were lovely. I lovely the artwork across the hotel that had a local vibe. The grounds are really lovely and great for running excess energy off."

"Th hotel staff were friendly, however I do feel that for a hotel a little way from the city centre to charge ยฃ12 per day is excessive. I think the hotel should reimburse the cost by way of a drinks/food voucher per stay. The room was ok, bed was excellent, however carpet was stained in places."
