"We really enjoyed staying at The Duke Williams. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the included breakfast was delightful (really loved the blueberry pancakes!), and we loved how close it was to the Cathedral and castle. We also appreciated the sound-proofing of the room and the natural light through the windows. The only thing that was tough for us was the mattress. "Expedia should be ashamed to charge for accommodation in what was a hostel for vagrants. During the period that access was unavailable to us, a neighbour told us that the Hamilton was used to house council-sent people, and we saw three such unfortunate people waiting to enter.
