"Room was not clean. Blood on living room wall, lots of hair in the bathroom. Shower drained too slowly. Nice pool. Marina area was great under palapa. Nice and cool. Outdoor grill, charcoal. Free use of kayaks."

"The stay at the houseboat was Amazing ! Just relaxing on the boat watching the scenery and enjoying the manatees was perfect The boat was very comfortable with everything you need Only negative was the noise at night ( between delivery truck at Publix and the rooster, we also had a little bit of a sewer smell , as they had just pumped out the boats) All in all a very positive experience and a beautiful setting "

"When I got into my first room and layed in bed there was some kind of bugs in the bed. When I went to the front desk to get a new room the girl said " you can't just keep moving rooms " That was the first time I had to move. really strange. Then the housekeeping girl came in and was giving up some strange vibe,, kind felt like she might of put them in the room . Beware of this place."

"The location was beautiful but when you flushed the toilet it was horrible 😭😭. It stunk up the whole place and made me sick. I had to buy fabreeze and sprayed as I flushed. It would be a great place if they would use potable water in the toilets. So gross and there was garbage left on the deck plus twigs or something in the lazy Susan."

"property was clean. well kept. however, in our 4 day stay only 1 day the house keeping arrived, all other 3 days house keeping never arrived. we ended up with dirty rooms sheets and no towel. had to run each day to front desk after long tired day under the sun, for fresh towels. you are in bad luck with drying wet swimsuits if you got the room with no balcony. resort could have a swimsuit spin dry machine for convenience. the bar in the property was in a great location, however it was never...

"The pool was closed during our visit in January as it was being refilled at the time but I live in the area now and go to it often since. The rooms were decent coffee in the shop is a plusand I like the porch on the back over the canal. We love the tiki bar."

"This place needs an overhaul in every way imho. Avoid cabin 14, shared entryway with another unit. Only 'sink' is in the bathroom, and it needs an update. Odd layout, wi-fi is shaky. Every morning about 630 off to Dunkin' donuts half mile away after I Walk right by the main bar area with a big coffee maker sittin there not on yet. "Everything is so dirty"

"Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed."

Worms in room, cockroaches at entrance, toilet paper so thin you might as well use bare fingers, towels that can rub your skin off, service at coffee stand that took forever, noise from across the hall all night. $50 to park my car when already charged over $4,000? Stayed here last five years. Not again."
