It had a large fridge, coffee maker, and microwave which many pricer hotels stopped offering because they expect you to pay for their own onsite services. The location is fine, and parking was fine (And free). Checking in was hassle free. The bed was comfortable, the TV had cable and came in fine. AC worked fine. No real complaints, just...

"The location is great. But the room and the overall building are very old and outdated. Room is a good size, but not clean. Stain marks on the bed skirt. Part of the building seemed to be falling apart. I am amazed that it is still operating. Won't stay again. "

"The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!"
