"The room was dusty. The bathroom toilet had hairs on it including the bathroom door. The shampoo bottle pump was empty and also had long hair stuck on the pump. I haven’t stayed on an embassy suites in a long time but I will not recommend this hotel to anybody nor will I return. I will continue to stick to Hyatt Regency and Loews Hotels."
