"I loved the place! Was very clean the room , even the cover of the bed was smelling nice and clean.. the house was big and the environment very friendly! It doesn’t accommodate many people since there is only few rooms available.. so that is an extra bonus for someone who like quiet and peace! My only feedback would be about the breakfast, I would prefer to have more salty options like butter, cheese, bread on the table where people can pick and served by themselves (but that doesn’t mean the...

"This is an outstanding place to stay. Extremely clean, upscale, modern accommodations and amenities. Stayed in the 3 bedroom and was so impressed. Bedrooms were so spacious and each had their own bath. The kitchen was well equipped and provided everything you would need. Living area was on an upper floor from the bedrooms, which was a nice feature. Staff were professional and courteous. The cleaning staff deserve appreciation because this place was spotless. This was a great stay!"

"What a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. Joyce and her team are amazing and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Our room was spacious, beautiful and amazingly clean. Breakfasts were generous and delicious. The property is conveniently located about a mile mile from the falls along the Niagara River on a bus line with easy access to the falls or to wine country. We could not ask for a better stay."

"Cute historic hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities. It could have used more lights and a small table for comfort though. It had a view of the rapids which was lovely. Location was the biggest perk. You could easily walk to Goat Island and all the lookouts on the American Falls side. The restaurant was also convenient; dinner was okay but the breakfast was good. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very accommodating. "
