"The location is great, the room nice but staff not really helpful. We had issues with the bathroom( read water flow in the toilet and shower), we reported it multiple times and finally a maintenance guy was sent. He was polite and tried to be helpful but not sure if he ever came back to fix the problem as the issues were never resolved. Not a great experience."

"This was our first time staying at the Sheraton fallsview hotel. We've stayed at several other hotels in Niagara falls. This hotel is good if you have children as it's all connected indoors to the water park, restaurants, and arcade and the Casino. The negative is that it is damn expensive. Everything is triple price to the norm. From Starbucks to the Circle K to the restaurants withing the complex are ridiculously priced, so buyer beware. We had a non-view room, which was also a first (think inside stateroom on a cruise ship) and it was very dark and isolated which was a negative. The whole hotel smelled a bit damp which could have been because of the waterpark, or they just don't have good ventilation. The indoor pool on the 14th floor needs a huge renovation and was only enjoyable to the kids. We were there as a large family and the hotel was good with requests of rooms close and on the same floor. If you're going as a family it's a good complex. If you're going without kids there's better, newer and nicer hotels to stay at. I was somewhat disappointed considering they boast they put $50 million into renovating the hotel. I think they missed some critical spots."

"I was charged for parking when they stayed that parking would be free with my stay and then they charge my account twice once for $73.31 Then again for $20.59 all for parking ? All I had was the water that came with the room"

"The breakfast that was included was great and the ladies that worked there were amazing. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and they didn’t give us any warning beforehand. We were also told we could a late checkout, but then when it came to the day of they told us it wasn’t available anymore."
