"Found a room on the Hotels.com app but stopped by the hotel to check it out before booking. The front desk initially said no rooms were available, despite the app showing otherwise. After some persistence and a 10–15 minute discussion involving another staff member, I was shown a room I liked. Due to system issues, I was told to book through the app. I did so, paid, and received confirmation, which the clerk also saw—but they still couldn’t assign the room due to aforementioned system issue. Breakfast amazing and staff were wonderful couldnt ask for any thing better would highly recommend 👌. Location was excellent too. When working away again would definitely stay again. "Check in and out was quick and easy with friendly reception. All the staff were excellent, especially the ladies serving the evening meal. They all seemed happy in their work, and a credit to your company. The room was good, the bed massive, and the shower powerful. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice from cereals, fruit and cooked food. One of the best we’ve had. The evening meal was also very good, great choice, quickly served and a reasonable price Overall, very happy. "
