"The room was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and had the amenities needed.
The shower was absolutely amazing oh my days.
Lovely staff, all pleasant.
Spa was absolutely spot on, so relaxing.
Breakfast was delicious. Evening meal was delicious too. "

"Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall.
The spa was really relaxing and well worth it.
The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely.
The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy.
They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special.
Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day."

"Overall experience ok, staff friendly but only one staff at the morning breakfast and have to wait for 20 mins just to order.
Room was basic for Bannatyne standard. The standard double bed was very uncomfortable as it was combination of 2 beds joined together leaving the gap in the middle. Shower was flooded and toilet flush buttons not working properly. A bit dissappointed."
