Leonardo Hotel Southampton

10/10 Excellent

"Having air conditioning and a room with two beds was what drew us to this hotel. If booking here, adding the breakfast is worth it. Drawback is there is no parking garage or valet service."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Parking costs £25 per day, which I found very expensive for guests staying at the hotel. The swimming pool also requires an extra charge of £5 per adult and £3 per child, which should really be included in the stay. In addition, children are only allowed to use the pool until 6 pm, which is quite restrictive for families. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The quality of the food was very poor and there was very little variety. Overall, I do not feel the hotel offers good value for money and I would not stay here again."

"First look it’s clean , but our room on the bed base was stained on the side . All garden furniture needed wiping down , garden maintenance needed more work . On the whole ok but definitely needs some TLC . Some furniture in restaurant very shabby also ashtray outside was overflowing and wasn’t emptied the whole time we were there ."
