"First off, this location double the fee and had money tied up in my bank account. The day before I left on March 30th, they charged me $240.90 and didnt tell me. When i checked out on March 30th they chared me the full amout. "

"Jocelyn at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately her cheery and helpful attitude was the only highlight. The breakfast situation was horrible. There was one, I repeat, ONE person taking breakfast orders, cooking, cleaning tables, replenishing (and keeping an eye on guests understanding that the continent breakfast wasn't included in a room stay) continental breakfast items and coffee. Unless there was some extreme situation, the hotel management should be ashamed. Personally, I think hotel management should have been down there helping because clearly this couldn't be the norm. The poor woman responsible for all that was looking for the single person at the front desk to come help bus tables and she couldn't leave during check-out. From the time you went downstairs to the time food hit your table, it was an hour and that was if there was only a few tables filled. The food was cooked to order and good, but it was uncomfortable being there because of the overwhelming duties of that single employee."

"Parking was easy and secure. Staff were friendly enough and no issues with check in or out. My only grievance was the smell of the room when we got there. I’m not one to usually complain of smells, but the smell was maybe the cleaner used. Smelled musty and of ammonia. It was so bad I got a headache the moment I walked in the room at 9pm, so not right after normal cleaning times. We had a window we could open and we propped the hall door open to air the room some. Walked down the hall to see if it was just our room, but it smelled like that throughout the halls. I have only had this issue with the smell of the room at a lower budget hotel. I thought with the price we paid, we wouldn’t run into that issue! I would suggest another hotel if you have known sensitivities to smells. Otherwise, no complaints. "

"A great stay! You are able to easily walk into town and enjoy the number of restaurants. The front desk was very sweet and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here!"
