"Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.
Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!"

"It was a rainy Memorial Day weekend but the whole experience there is just wonderful! From the friendliness of the staff to the super nice breakfast spread to the stuffed haddock with lobster sauce for dinner, everything was lively."

"We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated.
The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall.

"Wonderful hotel right on the water. Every room had a balcony or patio with an ocean view. Excellent room darkening drapes. Good DVD library. Continental breakfast was pretty good but they could have switched up selections a little during the week. Bed was comfy and the AC/Heat unit was easy to operate and worked very well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back!!"

"We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The entire facility is clean and inviting, our room was exactly what we needed and extremely comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely lovely and unexpectedly comprehensive. Not to mention we were a 2 min drive away from everything we hoped to do. We will certainly be returning the next time we're in town."
