Family trip had 3 rooms under my name they wanted me to pay over 1,700 deposit fees for all three rooms they took it down to 1,200. Still crazy!!! Room 1806 was not cleaned bathroom was terrible hair everywhere

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The facilities are in desperate need for a major renovation. Everything in the rooms are so old that even if housekeeping cleans them daily, a dirty feeling lingers particularly in the bathtubs and sinks. Hyatt Regency Times Square
No room service and very limited food options at the hotel. When we checked in we had a room with wet floors, they did move us and gave us a credit to fix it. That was nice and appropriate.
