"The studio was spacious , clean and comfortable . Great location , near Central Park and 24 hour grocery markets, and close to the subway. The property was well maintained and secure. The staff was so much more than helpful and welcoming .I will be staying here again when in New York. Best value for your money. "

"Hotel is very clean. Pablo was amazing and made our stay worth it. Friendly service and suggestions for locations to eat were a good help. Only down fall is pictures are not clear I purchased room assuming patio was the view that is depicted on the site hoping to catch the fire works for the Fourth of July. Was told that roof top terrace is only for penthouse suite not general public. Balcony in room is just a window very small space not enough for a chair or two people to stand out on. ...

"We are suburban NJ residents, former Manhattan workers and still frequent visitors to the city, in for a long weekend to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. We had already booked our restaurant, ballet, theatre, modern dance tickets and planned museum visits. We had no need for concierge services, the onsite restaurant, or fitness center, so I can't opine on those. Our main criteria were easy access to Manhattan subways and buses, and located bit away from the noise and crowding of the Times Square...

"Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance."

"Well maintained property. The rooms were compact for a 2 Queen bed. Toiletries was of poor quality, breakfast menu was same and vegetarian options were limited. Subway stations are at walkable distance, though 700 to 800m after a long day becomes too long."
