Stayed in this hotel before and was happy. But in this visit, there was a definite decline in the quality of service.
Slippers were not provided. The kettle was not working and I had to call for a resolution. Soap was not provided at the bathroom sink.
Simple expectations that were not met.
Wrote to the Manager but did not get a response.
Overall impression was that there was no care put into making a guest feel welcomed.
