"Managers Samira and David were outstanding in every capacity. As were the rest of the staff. They took care of us if any issue arose and they made us feel cared for. Get a view room. It’s worth it. I would say that there is a noticeable difference in quality from room to room but nothing detrimental, just maybe spring for a nicer room. Great housekeepers."

"Very basic but charming and clean - can't beat the location. For us with the radiator banging every hour on the hour we got zero sleep. Told the desk and brought them a solution but the staff doesn't really care to do anything to make your stay better, so sadly we will won't ever be returning."

"The staff were excellent. We went to NY for my daughter 13 birthday. We were able to check in early. The room was nice. Small but we expected that since it’s like that in NY. Our room didn’t really have a view but we didn’t need one since we weren’t going to be in there much. The elevator was much faster than any other hotel I stayed at in Time Square. The hotel is located minutes away from Time Square and close to pretty much everything. I forgot the staff names but they were all excellent, nice, and sweet. I would definitely recommend and stay again. "
